The COVID-19 pandemic presents us all with an exceptional set of challenges and it will no doubt be a long and difficult road ahead. Our gratitude and deep appreciation goes out to the frontline staff in the NHS and all our essential workers for their care and commitment at this time of crisis.

Like so many organisations around the globe, we are following government and public health authority guidance and, as of Monday, March 16th, we have rolled out remote working practices across the company. As part of our business continuity plan, we are implementing a number of measures designed to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff, whilst minimising any potential disruption to operations.

More than ever, it is important to support one another and to share information and experiences. We understand how vital it is to engage and collaborate, and to do all we can to support those tasked with protecting us.

I would like to thank our staff for their incredible resilience in adapting to the changing situation and to our customers for their continued loyalty.
