Analytics Engines welcomes Martin McCartan as Head of Engineering

Analytics Engines is pleased to announce Martin McCartan as our new Head of Engineering.

Martin will lead the engineering team in the development of innovative products and in the delivery of projects. Martin will also support the delivery of our innovative insight search and discovery platform MINERVA.

Martin brings with him a wealth of experience, having most recently held the role of Software Engineering Manager at Shopkeep. During his time there, Martin was responsible for developing and implementing product feature roadmaps and managing a number of feature-based product teams. Shopkeep was acquired by Lightspeed in 2020.

Prior to this, Martin held Senior Development Management positions at Deloitte and Allstate Northern Ireland. During his time at Allstate Northern Ireland, Martin managed a global organisation of development teams distributed across the US, Northern Ireland, and India. These teams were responsible for supporting and developing the main sales and services process application for Allstate Property and Casualty lines of insurance.
